Hot Ham and Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients:
onion (I used about 3/4 of a large onion)
stick of butter
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
3 teaspoons poppy seeds
1 pkg Hawaiian Sweet dinner rolls (I bought the 24 pack, but there is a 12 if you want to make a smaller recipe)
8 American cheese slices (I used more slices cause I love cheese)
half a pound of ham (I just bought the ham lunch meet in the zip up pouch and used 3/4 of it)

To Do:

1. Heat oven to 350

2. Chop the onion into small pieces

3. Melt the stick of butter in a skillet

4. Add the onions to the skillet

5. Add the Dijon mustard to the onions and butter

6. Add the 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce to the mixture and stir completely

7. Then add poppy seeds and let simmer for a few minutes, until the onions are soft

8. Cut the entire package of Hawaiian rolls in half length wise

9. Place the bottom half in a aluminum foil lined 13 x 9 pan

10. Spread the onion mixture on the entire bottom (save about 1/4 of the mixture)

11. Then lay the half pound of ham on the onion mixture

12. Then add the cheese slices

13. Add the rolls on top of the cheese

14. Then spread the remaining onion mixture over the rolls

15. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes, covered with foil

16. Then remove the foil and just slice down the lines of the bread

17. I divided them up and put 2 in different Ziploc bags and froze half of them

Enjoy!!
