So now that your abs are on their way to a 6 pack add these 3 exercises to the list! More planks!! Just a warning my abs have hurt all day even when I laughed at work because of all these planks!! They work!!
1. Tripod Plank:
2. Arm extension Plank:
Lie in plank position. Reach your left arm out and hold for 2 seconds, then switch right arm out and hold for 2 seconds. Do 10 reaches on each side. Try not to turn your body or raise your booty. Just reach!
3. Sideways swipe Plank:
Start in a normal plank position. Move your left leg out to the side while keeping your trunk still. Return to the initial position and move your right leg out to the side. Repeat 10-20 times each side.
