Eat.

Cinni Mini's

Ingredients:
1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls
8 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoon butter (melted)
2 tablespoon flour
1/2 Cup powdered sugar (add more if you want more icing)
2 teaspoons milk (pour more milk if you want more icing)

To do:
1. Heat oven to 350
2. Mix in a small bowl the butter, cinnamon, brown sugar, and flour

3. Open the crescent rolls, take half of the dough and separate into vertical seams (Do one half and leave the other in fridge because if they get to warm they are extremely hard to cut. Once you have one half filled with mixture, rolled, and cut then start on the other half) (as you can see I tried to do mine both at the same time, second one I couldn't cut cause it had gotten room temp)

4. Press the diagonal seams of dough together so that the dough is smooth

5. Spoon even amounts of the cinnamon mixture onto each of the dough squares

6. Roll the short side up then continue with the remaining dough

7. Cut 2 inch slices and place all the rolls on a cookie sheet. Pam the cookie sheet before putting the cinni minni's on it

8. Bake for 10-12 minutes
9. When rolls have cooled, mix powdered sugar with milk (add more sugar/milk to get the frosting to the consistency you like)
10. Drizzle the sugar over the rolls then let dry

These are so yummmm and very easy!! Perfect to take to friends for study snacks!!
Enjoy!
